This was my most ambitious full coverage vehicle wrap and one of the most exciting projects I’ve worked on because I had a lot of creative freedom. The client already had established branding for their Hershey ice cream shop, including their mascot “Cubby,” colors, and fonts, but I was able to develop the rest of the design. I pitched several concepts centered around the ice cream theme, including one where the truck looked like a waffle cone with melting ice cream and sprinkles on top. The client loved the idea, especially the purple version, saying he liked the idea of becoming known as “the purple ice cream truck.” And with that, Cubby’s Cruiser was born.
